Customer Challenge

A client approached us after receiving a customer complaint against one of their long-standing employees.

The client didn’t know how to approach the issue and they asked us to conduct an investigation. After assessing the situation, we identified that rather than taking disciplinary action, the issue could be solved by getting both the customer and the staff member into the same room, and having an intermediary session.

After ensuring both parties’ grievances had been heard, both the customer and the staff member came away feeling satisfied that their perspectives had been addressed. The client was also impressed with how the problem was addressed quickly, professionally and with minimal fuss.
